anybody who knows about an old kid series

hello everybody. I am posting here trying to get some help. When i was 8 or 9 ( I am 45 now and would like to watcht it with my kids) I used to watch a funny kid series about a witch flying in a broom, wich expelled smoke, it had stripped socks and some kids tried to avoid her attacks. It was so funny. I vaguely remember an island in this series, but i donīt remember the name of it. I think it was broadcasted between 1978 or 1980. Hey sixtyten, I want to say THANKS A lOOOOT. Itīs clear that you have a good knowledge about old kid series. I checked the link, made a search for the videos, and i enjoyed again this series. I didnīt remember the vulture , the flute but you were very accurate about what series I was talking about, despite the few details I wrote. So, congratulations for your good memory.
