Mid 1990's Cartoon 'Paddy' ...does anyone remember?

I was sure that the title of this cartoon was 'Paddy' but can find no reference to it. The title character was certainly called Paddy and was a young blonde boy. The cartoon centered on his day to day life and adventures, much like 'Dennis'. I'm pretty sure it was on Nickelodeon (or possibly TCC) around 1995/6

Very similar to 'Hey Arnold'..........which is what reminded me of it in the first place. I'm sure it was American produced. It has the style of Rugrats, Hey Arnold etc

I still remember the Theme Tune very well
Paddy Paddy what you gunna do?
Everybody's making a big mess for you....

I remember he lived with his grandparents.
