Can anyone remember this CITV show from the 90s?

Can anyone remember the program that has a guy that looked like aquaman (above)
It was on CITV in the late 90s/early 00s maybe and I think it was a superhero from a game came into reality but im not 100% sure.
Been bugging me all day and I cant rest till I find out haha!

The guy looked exactly the same as aquaman in that picture. It was like the same style as the program also

It sounds like Ace Lightning, but that was on CBBC.
