Does anyone remember a Saturday morning tv character from the 90's called mr torte? He had a yellow face, red lips black eyes and was quite scary!!!!
i think he may have been on ghost train but I am not sure.
i have tried google but can't find him! Although he terrified me, my sister and I loved him!!!
