  • Creepy 70s kids programme

    Hello folks.

Can anyone remember a programme that was on after school probably in the mid 1970s on a weekday, I think on ITV? It was set in a lonely square house and there was a girl who was ill in bed and every time she did a drawing it started to come true. There was a bit where she drew the house with some kind of rocks or stones, like pillars, and then each time she looked out of the window they were outside, gradually getting closer and closer to the building.

I've been racking my brains to remember more but I do recall it was very creepy and atmospheric as only those those from your childhood can be....

I remember reading a book about a similar story, where a girl drew a fir coat and gave it to her mother. And she drew a picture of a car and the car appeared outside. The girl meant the car to be a birthday surprise for her dad, so she somehow hid it in the woods by the house until his birthday.
