Hi,
I have this vague memory of a short run BBC childrens drama shown in either late 80s or early 90s. It was shown on Sunday evenings. It was about a girl in the 1930s/40s who is made to live with two older ladies (aunts may be) - it was kind of a mystery. I can't even remember what happened. I know she was brought in a car and she kept saying she wanted to leave.
Memories being not that reliable - I have it in my head the theme tune was either blue skies or stormy weather -sung with an english accent (not american).
I have tried to find out - even writing to the BBC once but noone could answer my question.
I hope someone can help.
