Hi,
This is a real vague one! I remember a show from what must have been late 80s/early 90s (before 1993) that I thiiink was show on the Children's channel.
I couldn't really say what era it was from but I imagine 70s, probably 80s.
It was a scary sort of a story show, and I can't really quite remember any of the actors in it actually speaking? It might have been entirely narrated. And based on "true" stories?
The first episode I remember very little of - I remember a scene of a man turning into some sort of tiger/leopard. Possibly south americanish/african tribal story about magical powers that allowed them to turn into animals??
the other story I remember was set in a dark dank castle of sorts - a woman (or man??) is bricked up inside a secret room of the castle, while still alive. As punishment for some sort of 'crime' or offence they must have committed against the person sealing them in!
I thiiink this room was hidden behind a painting, hanging on the bricked over entrance and years later the room is discovered and there's a skeleton sitting in there..possibly at a writing desk?
Is there maaaybe something relating to a ring with a large jewel in it, perhaps still worn by the person trapped?
Really vague, and I wouldn't put it out of the realms of possibility that I dreamed all of this, but I'd love to know what it was if it existed! I'd have probably been only 5-8 years old when I saw it and remember it being quite creepy and scary.
