Bit of a long shot this but when Sky 2 was launched in 1996 they would show a US cop show featuring a Latino detective and a black detective. Their boss was a blonde white woman with glasses and the location was very urban. I don't think it was a huge success, it might have only lasted a series, but can anyone remember the title? The only thing I can actually remember was the theme tune and the opening credits - which was in a juddery black and white!
