hey, anyone who was a child or had a child in the late 90s might be able to help me on this?
i remember a brief, 4-minute or so programme on the BBC that would run between normal length programmes where a man (michael rosen-esque, may have been him but i can't seem to find anything?) would stand in various weird locations, such as under a bridge or down a manhole, and read a poem (usually related to his surroundings i think).
i was a child at the time, so my memory might be a bit hazy, but it's just really bugging me what this thing was called, and i'd quite like to watch it again...
thanks
