I saw these cartoons in the US, one is a short, one is a show. The short is #2 here, the show is #1. Both for kids.
#1: talking cars (no not Cars), animation similar to Blaze and the Monster Machines, it had a lesson. I saw this in 2006 on TV. There was this nice race car, but as he was driving, he was annoying the other cars. At the end, he yelled for help and the other cars decided to be nice and help him. They linked together to pull him out of a ditch (or something). At the end, there were black and white race lines and black and race flags shown.
#2: animation similar to A Cowboy Needs a Horse (from Disney) and the Comicolor cartoons, a deep voiced warlock (or wizard) sung while throwing sprinkles on the ground to make gold or something similar, this happened at nighttime and outside a lit barn. The warlock wore a black robe and he kept on bringing his arm to his face to represent his sneakiness.
Does either of these seem familiar? Thanks in advance.
