80s Superhero Gymnasts

Can anyone remeber the name of the funny gymnasts who used to appear on several entertainment shows in the 80s ? Dressed as Superman and Batman etc and jumping over obstcles and landing on mats. Cant think what programmes thay were actually on though.

I think it may have been "The Acrobats"?

They were allegedly on the Russ Abbot Show and made an appearance on The Royal Variety Performance in 1986 ?
