Anyone else remember this one?

Just remember it being really weird and 'foreign' and making no sense whatsoever! - it just popped back into my head for some reason.

It appeared on ITV during the summer mornings when schools programmes were off circa 1981 - Yorkshire and perhaps ATV were two regions that shown it.

The full title was called "Wattoo Wattoo - Superbird" and it was either French or Belgian - there was a DVD set released a few years back with a cartoon bird on the front cover looking very similar to Roadrunner.

For some reason I seem to remember them saying "Watoo watoo, superlunar" in the cartoon then watoo watoo would do his "song".

I remember the name, don't think I ever watched it...
