Stanley Baxter was always on the TV in the 70's/early 80's then nothing.
No doubt the tributes will be out when he dies but he has largely been ignored by TV for over 20 years.don't know if this is his choice or TV bosses

A bit of both Daz. We had a tribute programme about him(he still alive but in his 80's) in Scotland last year. I think when ITV dropped his network show he decided to call it a day. I believe he has wriiten lots but not shure how much has ben published. I'm sure his talent in later years could have been put to better use?
