Identify sea-based cartoon

This is a really vague one, but trying to find a cartoon (prob 5 min job) involving a simple ship (maybe 2D) with possibly 3 sailors, one of which is the Captain who shouts the order 'Full sail!' several times.

No idea of period - ring any bell with anyone?

No, I'm afraid not. I get the feeling this was more of a one-off than a series.
