Not sure of the year, but possibly late 80s there was this one off drama about a young boy of about 15 who wanted to impress a young lady and he did this by getting suited up, posing as a “yuppie” asking for a car salesman to take him on a test drive , he then got the salesman to drop him off at another garage that sold higher end cars, he did this until eventually upgrading to a rolls Royce then going to meet the girl.
