I have a novelisation of the second series, starring Gary Warren (The Railway Children)

Ta very much for the link, Tex. Very interesting. Bayldon was quite a familiar face on UK telly in the 70s and 80s. I remember in the first series, there was a riddle that Catweazle had to solve in order to get back to his own time, but it is rather fuzzy after so many years.
