I remember a show back in the 90's i think was channel 4, there were kids and they i think lived in a hotel ahd i remember them going into a lift, one boy had a doll which was like a stuff manaquin without a face, i also remember there being puppets in it which sang?

the start up music i remember one of the characters being called E.C or something along those lines
