I was a member of the Tingha and Tucker club.I think it was 1968 and you got a boomerang through the post.Never realised the first was called Tingha.I called him Tinker and have always thought that to be his name until now.
I LOVED Tinga and Tucker. The original puppets were stolen and never returned. I remember getting my club kit through the post. They were also in a comic.
"Woomerang boomerang this is our song.
Merrily merrily we sing along.
Woomerang boomerang look over there.
It's Tinga and Tucker the two little bears."
Not that I'd remember the lyrics, of course...

This show was hosted by Jean Morton, and I do remember this very well, I have the LP of the Club Songs. You used to be able to find a couple of clips on Youtube? One where they went to a Safari Park?
My friend went to Alton Towers (or Drayton Manor) in about 1970 when they toured, and he got a badge from the show.
