Anybody remember this...

I vaguely remember an advert for a ITV show which had a Mini driving down a road at night and then driving off a cliff, when the car hit the bottom a black spirit floated up from the car. It was early 80's and my Mum can remember me being frightened by it (she had a Mini at the time)

I always thought it had something to do with Armchair Thriller but from looking at the clips on youtube I think I'm wrong...

Can anyone help!!!
