Does anyone remember the 80's drama called Prospects, It was about two couples, the girl in one of the couple's was called Mona from maxine

Yeah, I remember particularly the one where the two lads tried to set up a vermin disposal business and ended up creating a 'hyper mouse' that resisted all known poisons and bred like wildfire !

This was a fantastic series although very short run. I used to love the opening title song:

The sun sets on the Thames
Another day comes dewing in
We got the night ahead and the the morning

Is it just another day
Or will prospects come our way!

Had to add to this thread as i would love to see a official dvd release of this series as it's a top comedy drama from Euston films who also made Minder.

The song theme from Mungo Jerry is just tops and such a shame they only made one series, but have copies on dvd but not great quality.
