ISSY NOHO does any one remember this kids show fron the 70's. A magic bear(panda?) has a pouch full of magic cards on which are numbers in a kind of mini sudoko layout . If he completes the puzzle correctly the his spell works. He usually makes a mistake with disasterous outcome?
