Anyone else remember this? It was an American sitcom about two blokes, one was foreign, called "Balkie" or something (played by Bronson Pinchot) and the other looked like Brent Spiner (but it wasnt him). I used to watch it a lot but can barely remember much else about it now!

I certainly do remember it, they were cousins weren't they? And Balki wasn't American and was always doing silly things.
In fact, thanks to you I've just gone and found this site as I was desperate to track down the theme song, which I am sure one of the main castmembers sang...
