need help please

Hi

I used to watch this cartoon as a child and all i can remember is this:

It was a group of dinosaurs
Lived in a city
Had dual identities as super heroes
their car always went past a newstand and blew the papers everywhere

Any ideas?

no its older than that, thank you for helping though

And I think that everybody was dinosaurs rather than humans turning into dinosaurs

Its from the early 90's i think aswell

It was called "the adventures of T-Rex"
