Early 90s TV Puppet Show about Magic Well??

Hi there,

This has been driving me insane today but I remember a TV show in the very early 1990s about a magic dwarf/leprechaun type family who live in a Wishing Well in a garden?

These 'dwarf' type creatures wore kind of Top hats and looks a bit like the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland - I think there might have been female ones too.

Oh, and I think they were puppets of some kind! And I'm pretty sure it was on ITV.

Anyone remember?

Sounds like you might have nailed this one daz, i just dont remember The Riddlers ever wearing top hats.

Sounds like a cross between riddlers and Sage and onion from Live and kicking
