Tv show with silhouettes!?

Hey, the other day i remembered a very old kids tv show in the early 90's that used to be on at around 6 in the morning.
It was set in quite a bright warhouse full of shelves and boxes, all of which were silhouetted, abnd unable to be seen in detail. On the shelves were various objects such as jars etc.
I only remember the show having one character, a woman who's favourtie food was liquorice, and who always wore sunglasses. The music was very comical, and almost like the pink panther theme tune.

Please help if you know what it is!

Can you remember if this was on TV on a week day or weekend or what channel it was on? This actually rings a bell, I can sort of remember a woman in sunglasses, and the whole liquorice thing sounds very familiar. I'll have a look around the net and see what I can find, there are so many early-morning TV shows I watched as a kid but just can't find anything about now, most of which were on channel 4. Hope this one gets solved!

Channel 4 definitely sounds like a channel it would have been on, and i think it was probably shown on a saturday or sunday morning.

The only one I can think of, just because liquorice was meant to be her fave snack, was Grotbags of the pink windmill

I think she later had her own show so maybe they went more into the liquorice thing then
