kids show about a back

I just heard somebody at work say ' at the back' when a deliveryy wagon turned up.

This set off a memory of some kids prog on telly good few years ago ,a woman with a high pitched voice saying 'At the back , at the back, not the front but at the back' ( or words a bit like that )

This memory also gives a mental picture of some woman and a young girl jumping up and down outside a house for some reason

Come on DYR .. what is it?

It was really buggin me cos that stupid chant wouldn't go out of my head ( it still won't but at least now I know where it comes from)
