Was watching Chicken Little with grandson and one of the characters was 'Fish out of water'
This sent my memory spinning back to late seventies, this USA cartoon that was shown on ITV , think it was on roughly around the same years as Baggy Pants and the Nitwits
One of the characters was a fish who leaned out of his bowl and used his fins to work some stilts so he could keep up with his toon chums ( can't remember any of them - sorry ) , I seem to picture him as blue , or blue and green, and , I think , used to smoke cigars
Anybody gonna help me solve this series?
