OK. There was this mini series I seen years and years ago. It had a witch in it and if she zapped you, you turned into a puddle of paint until someone defeated her. I'm sure a guy turned into a hamster or something like that. It was a kids show.
It was called "Through The Dragon's Eye"
It was Shown on BBC2 as part of the schools programmes.
There's an entry on it in wikipedia surprisingly enough!
