Horror Movie help wanted

I really hope someone can help me on this one.
I am trying to trace what I think is a 70s horror compilation where one of the stories featured a couple who were trying to swindle a man. He had some sort of power and it ended where he whistled quietly but he was able to kill people with his whistle. I think it may have been a Hammer or Amicus film.
Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

"The Monster Club", with Vincent Price and John Carradine. The whistling man was called a Shadmock, and he appeared in the first story in the film, followed by one about a boy whose parents are vampires, and one about a producer lost in the mist who finds himself in a village full of ghouls.
