90's Cartoon

Can not remember what this cartoon was even called.
It was of a single father raising two children while living his life as best he could. The stress from his day would eventually cause him to have a stroke or heart attack or something.
I've been looking through pages on google for this so if anyone can remember this it would be a great help if you let me know.
