pop programme from the 70s

[80s gail]

I can't remember what this programme was called for the life of me, but it was on in the early 70s as i remember being quite a small child at the time.It had a director as the presenter as I clearly remember him saying "and action!" Not much to go on I know, yes, 80's gail is stuck again! can anyone help?

It's "Supersonic" with producer/directer Mike Mansfield. I can also remember watching this show in the mid 70s, the "CD:UK" of it's day.
Mike went on to present another show, "Cue the Music", another one of his catchphrases!

Oh my God, I'd forgotten all about Mike Mansfield. If I recall he looked like an English Ric Flair...brr.
