Hi all.
There's a TV drama I watched that I'd love to know the name of.
It was a sort of Victorian science-fiction setting - these days you'd call it steampunk - about two opposing countries where one of them had a doomsday weapon in the form of an ice cannon which could freeze everything on the other side.
The drama was over a few episodes and was about the attempt to stop the weapon firing - in the end, the bad guys tried to trigger the weapon but it had been sabotaged by our heroes, and they were frozen solid in the control room.
I think it was in the late 70s but might have been early 80s.
Anyone remember this? (crosses fingers & toes)
