Now this is a bit obscure

I used to like this Childrens ITV show. It was set in land in the clouds, there was a wizard I think, and a little blond boy with big ears who was his assistant. Thats all ive got to go on. Thing is, this little blond boy may possibly have been a sort of Gary Coleman stunted growth type, as he also appeared in a Childrens Film Foundation film from the seventies, about an escaped convict called "Donny The Bull", who is befriended by a little kid-the same actor from this kids series. If anyone can make sense of this, a virtual pint to you!

thats the one! I guess I was wrong about the stunted growth bit, as hes a bit older on his website! (though still looks youthful)
