I remember this from an early 70s weekly mid evening drama series. In this one a young lad dreams (I think) that he has witnessed some sort of ceremony. In this ceremony women and their young daughters have their hands cut off and then dance around. Can't remember anything else about it but I feel sure the title was Penda's Fen and was set in that area of Norfolk.
