I used to watch it on TV in the early 90s... I live in Canada.
It was an animated cartoon that featured a rabbit (unsure, it might have been something else) that lived in a really run-down apartment and was depressed all the time. I don't think the rabbit spoke. Looking back, it probably wasn't the most appropriate kids show, since it had a lot of adult themes such as unemployment. I remember the animation being fairly detailed. My dad used to watch it with me because he found the depressed bunny hilarious. I can't remember if it was a full 30 min show, it might have just been shorts. Please help me figure out what this is!
