It has been bugging me for years, and hopefully I have come to the right place for an answer!
In the late 70's/ early 80's, a UK kids drama/suspense series screened twice here in NZ.
The plot was (I think) a brother and sister that (girl's screen name was Lucy), who stumbled across a cold war plot. It involved lots of coastal shots, and it may have even been based in some offshore British Isles? At one point they are kidnapped by the evil doers!
I distinctly remember the opening shots - they involved a Polaris(?) missile being launched from a submarine.
Does anyone recall such a tv series? I found my old Lion annuals, etc and it took me back to this TV series...
