This one is driving me mad. I am trying to remember the name of a series of about 6 programmes I think on BBC2, I think in the early 80s (sorry to be vague).
It was a camera looking at people in their own homes, usually with terrible taste in decor. There was no narration, music or voices, it was completely silent. The people just sat there and looked at the camera then the camera panned round and showed stuff in their houses. (sounds riveting eh

I've googled but cant find anything that fits this so any ideas would be welcome
