Help!

Hi everyone,

This one might test even those with the best of memories...

One of my earliest memories is of a TV show from the very early 70's about the US airforce, or jet fighters to be more precise. It was in colour, was screened in the afternoon and had a theme tune that was sung by someone who was, or sounded very much like R Dean Taylor. I've trawled for this one and can't find it anywhere.

Any takers?

It was almost 40 years ago, but something tells me it was the Aeronauts- something about the theme tune, as Dennis Waterman would say...

Mega Thanks to SIXTYTEN for finding the Brit themetune to The Aeronauts, just played it to one of my other plane obsessed pals and it really is FAB!

Someone said it sounds like R D Taylor, it does wonder who it was?
