Very vague description of cartoon, doing my head in though!
It was on a video that I had of loads of cartoons probably recorded off CBBC in the early 90s, it was on around the same time as Paddington Bear I remember. It was a sort of dark cartoon, reminded me a bit of The Moomins but it was based on some old british soldiers who went walking through hills etc to find something. At some point in time they find a dragon I think, and I remember his voice as being very low and booming but he didn't say much, just like the soldiers.
This is a complete shot in the dark, I realise, but hey maybe someone else here was wondering what the name of this was too
