Does anyone remember the title of a children's cartoon from the early 1970s, in which one of the characters was a very snooty, intelligent owl who was always saying "Without a shadow of a doubt this is ......". I used to watch it with my son, and can't remember much else about it, apart from the fact that I found it very funny.

No, it wasn't The Herbs. Unfortunately I can't remember any other character in it apart from the owl. The rest of the characters were always seeking his advice.Comment
