ITV Morning Documentary circa 1992 ?

There use to be a documentary type program shown in the mornings on ITV (I think) I cant remember the exact date but I think the awful cheesy program "step by step" was shown at a similar time.

Ok .. It was on between 9am ish and 10:30 approx in the mornings during the main summer holidays of 1992/ (or 1993). It started (I think) after TVAM or was it gmtv by then.
Anyway Im almost sure that it was on ITV and the program "Step by step" came after at 10am. It was on every day for a few weeks.

Ok, I'm bumping this thread 6 years later on as I need answers . It was a documentary type program on ITV or possibly BBC2 in the mornings either 1992-or 93 shown some time between Easter and the start of the ( long end of term) school holiday. The only subject I remember was on the body-clock and possibly the cosmos. Fascinating stuff ! Oh and it was and American program.
