show after The Nightstalker, early to mid 70's

This is driving me crazy. I have a vague recollection of a scary show that I think was on after The Nightstalker in the mid 70's or so. It was a Twilight Zone type show. All I remember was the opening (I think). This woman is pushing her little kid around on this swing that goes around like a carousel, and it goes all the way around and he's missing when it goes by again. I remember it really creeped me out, but I was 5 or 6 probably. Anyone remember???

It may have been, and I may be confusing it with something else, but I checked the opening for Night Gallery on youtube, and It's not what I'm thinking of. That image with the swing is all I can remember and I could swear it was the opening of the show every week.
