Hi folks,
this one's been driving me nuts, and no one I speak to seems to remember it.
It was a short British TV series (probably less than 5 parts), and I think it was from the 90's or possibly even the late '80's.
A woman (I "think" the actress had an Italian surname - she certainly had dark hair and eyes) starts going out with a guy, who turns to out be a serial killer, or some other kind of nasty piece of work. She ends up in hospital for some reason and the guy comes after her. He was possibly James Purefoy (or looked like him).
Not a lot to go on, but hopefully someone can help.
