Does anyone else remember a Schools programme (I think it was on ITV) about healthy eating which featured a character called Samuel sweetooth, who ran a cafe like a prohibition era speakeasy?
Highlights include Samuel Sweetooth kissing a pound note paid by a customer, & when asked to defend himself in court stated "Only monkeys eat bananas"!
It's possible it was part of the series that featured blockaboots. Both were in the same style, looking like they were made in the 1970s-early 1980s on grainy 16mm film.
