80s Childrens drama series from BBC

I have been trying for ages to find 2 different series that Ive been talking to my kids about. Managed to find one this morning (The Box of Delights) but am in desparate need of help in finding the other.

All that I can remember was, a young boy moving to live with his Aunt or Grandmother in a huge manor house (not sure if Folly was in the title or not) he found a little hidden garden/arbour i the grounds of the place that had ghosts of children who he could see.
I also remember something about moving trees and it was set around xmas time I think.

Please please help me find out what this program is as its been driving me mad.

Follyfoot was a TV series about horses, it didn't have any ghosts in it.

Tom's Midnight Garden by Philippa Pearce has a garden that appears after midnight with a ghost in it. The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett doesn't have any ghosts in it but it does have a secret garden and is mysterious. Both stories have children being sent to stay with relatives and have been dramatised several times.

No, it was none of those.

It was a childrens drama series on childrens bbc in the after school section about 4pm-ish.

Ive tried to google it with all the bits I can remember but have not got too far :-(

Its "The children of Green Knowe"

His name is Tolly , so you maybe confusing it with folly..
