Help me?! old 90's tv shows name!?

There was this old british tv show where it was teenagers who sort of sent videos in & they would do quiz's, talk about issues etc!

There was one section & it was called "knowing me knowing you" & they had teenage couples. one half of the couple would ask the questions & if the other half got it wrong they would have a bucket of water over there head & if they got it right they would have a bucket confetti over there head!

Anyone know the name of the tv show?

It was "Wise Up" on Channel 4.. I remember that little gem!!
