Bill Stickers

Got a vague memory of this comic strip "Bill Stickers will be prosecuted" - this guy looked a total nerd and he always spotted somebody putting a poster on a hoarding saying "Bill Stickers will be prosecuted" and he would then jelly it and go on the run saying "but I haven't done anything" - same every week

As you may guess he had the unfortunate name of Bill Stickers

Anyone any info re the comic etc?

I remember my Dad mentioning this, though the name might have been Bill Posters.

seems like the sort of thing you would find in viz

in a similar vein ive always had the reaction to shout "why ,whats he done ?" when i hear the phrase "fire at will" in action films

i was thinking bill stickers where something to do with the itv cop show the bill.
maybe they are.
