Who else used to buy this mag when it came out in mid 88? I remember i used to buy it religiously every week as i was cheap at 50p a week. I used to love the test drives of Ford Escort mk4s and Sierras etc etc in it. I lost interest in new cars after about 1996 as they all started to look the same

I used to buy it occasionally when it first came out. I was actually a runner-up in a 1992/3 competition to design a livery for the British Touring Car Championship Toyota Carinas for the 1993 season, held by the magazine. I won a Toyota golfing umbrella. I don't play golf, but I've still got it.
