Hello, I'm looking for something specific from my childhood that has been bugging me for some time.

My parents got me a subscription to this monthly thing, where they would send you a package with a plastic folder, and every month or so, they'd send a number of pages that were this information pieces of on a variety of creatures. They were separated in categories, like insects, dinosaurs, aquatic and my favourite, mythical. The mythical thing included things like manticore, spring-heeled jack and catoplebas, gorgon, and more. I am Finnish, but I think that the company that made these was from UK or USA, I can't really say for sure, since I was so young then. Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about? I've been scouring the Internet forever and can't find this, and I have a very clear image in my head what these things looked like, I can even remember some art pieces very clearly.

We have had a similar question before, sadly it got no replies but do you think the poster is remembering the same magazine?

Seems like it may have been, perhaps? This is tearing me apart inside, I must find this thing.

It would help if we knew how old you are. What period of time was your childhood? 60's?70's?80's?

Oh yeah, of course. I don't know why I didn't write that in my original post. I'm 30 years old, so this was in the 90's, early 2000's.
