The Fib!!!!

Did anyone else read 'The Fib & Other Stories' by George Layton at school. I read it at primary school in the early 1980's and bought it from the school book club magazine thingy! I still have the book and read it when I feel like a pick me up.
It's a book about growing up and it's full of memories for everyone! If you've not read it I can recomend it to anyone!

I remember being read this at school & enjoying it.

I can remember the narrator (I can't remember) getting into all sorts of scrapes, often with school bully Gordon Barrowclough & semi-friend Norman Nightowler.

Even after 20 years I somehow remember all this.
